Terms of Sale & Refund Policy

The short version: pay once, get a download link and license key by email straight away. It activates on 2 of your computers, and moving it to new hardware is free. If you want your money back within 30 days, email us and we'll refund you. You don't have to explain why.

These Terms of Sale govern your purchase of 3D PrintVault from Philaform3DSD LLC, 30 S 15th St, Ste 1550 #529965, Philadelphia, PA 19102, USA ("we", "us"). Your use of the software itself is governed by the End User License Agreement.

1. What you are buying

A perpetual license to use 3D PrintVault, delivered as a digital download. There is no physical product and nothing will be shipped to you.

Your purchase includes:

  • The 3D PrintVault installer for Windows 10 & 11 (64-bit);
  • A license key that activates on up to 2 computers you own, with free transfers to replacement hardware on request;
  • Lifetime access to the version you purchased, plus ongoing standard updates within the 1.x version line;
  • Email support.

2. Price and payment

The price is $29 USD, charged once. Prices are shown on the pricing page and may change for future purchases, but the price you see at checkout is the price you pay.

Payment is processed by our third-party payment provider. We do not receive or store your full card details. Where sales tax, VAT or similar applies to your location, it is calculated and displayed at checkout before you confirm, and itemised on your receipt.

If you need a business invoice showing your company name and tax details, email us your receipt number and we'll issue one.

3. Delivery

Delivery is by email, immediately after your payment clears — normally within a few minutes. You will receive a download link and your license key at the email address you provide at checkout.

If nothing arrives within fifteen minutes, check your spam folder first, then contact us. We will resend it. You do not need to prove anything beyond emailing from the address you purchased with.

It is your responsibility to give a working email address at checkout. We are not responsible for delivery failures caused by an incorrect address or an over-zealous spam filter, but we will always resend on request.

4. License keys and activation

Your license key activates 3D PrintVault on up to 2 computers that you own. Activation happens entirely on your own machine — the software does not contact us or any server to validate a license, and works with no internet connection at all.

Transfers are free. If you replace, rebuild or upgrade a computer and your activation stops matching, email us from your purchase address and we will re-issue it at no charge. Additional licenses beyond your included activations are $10 each.

Your license key is personal to you. Keep it safe — it's how you reinstall later. Lost keys are reissued free of charge. Publishing, sharing or selling a license key is a breach of the license agreement and may result in the key being revoked without refund.

5. Refund policy

You may request a full refund within 30 days of purchase, for any reason or none.

To request one:

  1. Email us from the address you purchased with;
  2. Include your receipt or order number if you have it;
  3. Say that you want a refund. No explanation is required, though we're always glad to hear what didn't work.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. We process them promptly — usually the same business day. How quickly the money appears on your statement depends on your bank or card issuer, typically 5–10 business days.

On refund, your license is terminated and you must uninstall the software. Any files 3D PrintVault has already organized remain yours and are unaffected — they are ordinary files in ordinary folders on your own disk, and we neither can nor would take them back.

We reserve the right to decline refunds where there is clear evidence of abuse, such as repeated purchase-and-refund cycles or distribution of license keys.

Statutory rights

This guarantee is offered in addition to, and does not limit, any refund or cancellation rights you have under the consumer law of your country. Consumers in the UK and EU, for example, have a statutory right to cancel certain distance purchases — where that applies, it applies alongside this policy, and whichever is more favourable to you prevails.

6. Compatibility

System requirements are stated on the FAQ and documentation pages. Please check them before purchasing.

3D PrintVault 1.0 is Windows-only. If you buy it and discover it will not run on your system, that's squarely within the refund guarantee — email us and we'll refund you.

7. What the software does not promise

3D PrintVault includes features that record where a file came from and what license information is associated with it, including source links, license records and the Creator Vault. These are record-keeping and organizational tools.

They are not a legal compliance service. The software does not verify license terms, cannot determine whether a particular use of a model is lawful, and does not establish or defend any intellectual property right. You remain solely responsible for determining and complying with the terms attached to every file you use, print, sell or distribute. This is set out in full in Section 5 of the license agreement, which you should read before purchasing if these features are why you are buying.

8. Availability and changes

We may change prices, features or the availability of 3D PrintVault at any time. Changes do not affect an order already placed, and do not retroactively alter the terms of a license you already hold.

We may update these Terms of Sale. The version published at the time of your purchase governs that purchase.

9. Liability

Our liability in connection with your purchase is limited as set out in the End User License Agreement, and in any event will not exceed the amount you paid. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.

10. Governing law

These Terms of Sale are governed by the laws of the United States. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, you keep the benefit of any mandatory consumer protection provisions of the law of your country of residence.
